MYASTHENIA GRAVIS AWARENESS
Hi guys, help save lives by creating awareness for Myasthenia Gravis Patients.
The Strugz team and the Steady Run PH club organized a walk program tagged “MG STRENGTH’’ to fight against Myasthenia Gravis, create awareness and raise funds to equip Federal Hospitals with proper Medical Equipment for proper and cheaper diagnosis. This event was held on Sunday, 5th November, 2017 at Ace driving school as all participants walked through the city of Port-harcourt, Nigeria. The walk was led by the Founder & President of Steady Run PHC Mr. Steady Idisi and the event was a huge success. The MG STRENGTH was supported by many professionals as they all joined in the walk.

Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is a Chronic Autoimmune Neuromuscular Disease that causes rapid fatigue and weakness in the skeletal muscles, which are responsible for breathing and moving parts of the body, including arms and legs. Be aware that, Myasthenia Gravis affects all ages, races and genders.
Myasthenia gravis is caused by a breakdown in the normal communication between nerves and muscles. Once symptoms is noticed visit your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
The major symptom of Myasthenia Gravis MG is weakness in muscles that controls the following listed below:
The eye movements and eyelids
Chewing
Swallowing
Coughing
Facial expressions
Arm and leg movement
Breathing
